Tip: Seconds and milliseconds are both accepted — 13+ digits are read as milliseconds, and the tool tells you which it used. Note that 2024-01-15 is parsed as UTC by the ECMAScript spec, while 2024-01-15 12:30 is parsed as local time; the result panel states which applied so the hour never surprises you.
